Gold Coast police say they have recovered at least $50,000 worth of electrical appliances, jewellery and alcohol stolen from local properties over the past three months.
Detective Senior Constable Todd Miller says the goods were found at a Molendinar address on Monday night.
He says police are still looking for some of the owners.
“We’ve identified a number of break and enters within that estate, but we are keen to hear from people who live within that estate who have had their house broken into that have items of property that haven’t been recovered by the police,” he said.
“We have had an amount of property identified by owners, but we still have a substantial amount of property that hasn’t been identified.”
A 21-year-old man is due to appear before Southport Magistrates Court today on 21 property and drugs charges.

Bush is forever saying that democracies do not invade other countries and start wars. Well, he did just that. He invaded Iraq, started a war, and killed people. What do you think? Why has bush turned our country from a country of hope and prosperity to a country of belligerence and fear.
If ever there was ever a time in our nation’s history that called for a change, this is it!
The more people that the government puts in jails, the safer we are told to think we are. The real terrorists are wherever they are, but they aren’t living in a country with bars on the windows. We are.
